Luke will be running his Star Wars hack, See You In Hell.
Oz is running Mothership Dead Planet, this will be a part 3, most likely wrapping up this adventure.

3/6 & 3/20 (Every 1st, 3rd & 5th Friday) 285Tabletop: Weird Frontiers - 13700 US Highway 285. Pine,CO 80470
"Weird Frontiers: A Wild-West, Gonzo setting based on actual Colorado History. Sessions are one-shot format for easy Drop In/Out play. Beginners welcome. Dice, characters, and a sense of impending dread will be provided."
A little blurb from the GM Casey: "I am the host of 285Tabletop: a rpg group that meets in conifer on Friday nights during the odd weeks. We run a drop-in/out style game where each session is a single episode of a wider story. My big pitch is that instead of generic medieval fantasy, we play using “Weird Frontiers” which plays exactly like your favourite Ampersand Game but takes place in an alternate 1860’s version of Colorado. Many of the events and people are based on actual Colorado history (albeit with more tentacles!)"
Jacob had the pleasure of sitting in at a table during Genghis Con and it was a great time. In a room full of people GM Casey was able to organize 12 players and set up a great story. If you want more info, you can get Casey's contact info on the calendar.

3/14 - Ship of the Dead RPG Club - Denver
"Welcome, wandering souls and lost sailors, to the Ship of the Dead RPG Club!
Hosted by Pirate Borg creator Limithron and The Ship of the Dead Podcast, we are a group of gamers that get together and play tabletop roleplaying games, especially OSR (Old School Renaissance) games.
We are always looking for new players and gamemasters, and zero experience is required! Bring friends, roll some dice, and let's play some RPGs!"
A highlight this month will be Dwayne running Dockside Dogs, an adventure Jacob got to play at Genghis Con and had an absolute blast at. If you think Reservoir Dogs meets Call of Cthulhu, you're on the right track!

3/21 6–11pm - Adulti-verse: Monsters & Magic - Meow Wolf - Denver
No dice rolls required, just show up ready to vibe with your people.
Monsters and Magic can be what you want it to be. Come dressed as your favorite character, your main deck commander, or just wear your best gaming fit. Bring your crew, explore the portals, and geek out with people who actually get your references.

Event Calendar & MyMap
For ease of use we've got these events and more on a Google Calendar. Note the Add to Google Calendar (or + if on mobile) to add it to your own calendar. Know of anything we've missed or something for a future edition of this newsletter? Fill out our event submission form to get it on the calendar!
(Jacob had the thought to put the city name first for events on the calendar to help folks navigate at a glance what's near to them. Let us know if that's a welcome change or if you preferred event name first.)
We also had the thought of making maps for the events to also make them easier to plan. This one has the locations of the events featured so far. Let us know of any more we should add.
While thinking of the event map, we also thought a map of Colorado RPG stores could be useful. Also let us know if your FLGS didn't make the cut and we can add it!
Creator's Corner
Here's where we highlight cool things from local creators.

Local creator Michael Surbrook was interviewed by Geek Native. The "veteran writer and driving force behind Surbrook Press" discussed a variety of topics relating to upcoming and recent works. These include: Well of the Worlds an isekai/portal fantasy sourcebook for Prowlers & Paragons; Paksworld an adaptation of Elizabeth Moon's Deed of Paksenarrion series into Chivalry & Sorcery; and a companion to Aaron Allston's Strike Force called Strike Force Organizations.
FLGS Flyer
A section where we can highlight some of the Friendly Local Game Stores that make our state great for gamers.

Total Escape Games - Broomfield
Total Escape Games, a wonderful game shop with a frankly impressive selection of new and indie RPGs, was featured on Our Broomfield, a magazine dedicated to local events and businesses. They host an Open RPG Night on Mondays from 6-9:30pm. Their description:
"Use our tables every Monday night to get in a game of your favorite campaign, meet new players, or join others’ adventures. Play D&D, Pathfinder, Genesys, Fate, Dungeon Crawl Classics, and more!
Whether you’re looking to re-host your local game somewhere else or start a new campaign with your friends, we’ve got tables available for you.
This is an open play event, meaning no entry fee or tournament structure, just socializing and games at your leisure."
Check out the Our Broomfield video, and more importantly, go check out the store and play some games!
Do us a favor by sharing this with your gaming groups. We're trying to make something that will be useful to all the gamers in our state and to help bring our communities together. (Peek behind the curtain, we've got 63 subscribers as of this writing, so every person truly does help!) Also let us know any feedback or suggestions you might have. We want to make this the best it can be and we'll need your help to do so.
Well that's all for this edition of the RPG Colorado Newsletter! Thank you very much for reading. We hope you find some games to play!
