The best stories don't happen on a screen—they happen at a table with friends, with a drink in hand, and a handful of dice. Battles & Brews brings professional Dungeons & Dragons to your favorite local taprooms, delivering the adventure directly to you.
We handle the heavy lifting—the world-building, the maps, and the Game Mastering—so you can focus on playing. Whether you’ve been rolling dice since the 80s or you’re looking to join your very first quest, there’s a seat at the table for you. No experience is required, and all the gear is provided.
Grab a pint, roll for initiative, and let’s make the night legendary.
Community Happens Here. One roll at a time.

Gathering Splinters - Artist & Woodsmith
Gathering Splinters is the work of Matthew D. Holtmeier, and what lovely work it is! I got to meet him and see his work firsthand at SpringGiving and it is truly wonderful. He makes dice trays, vaults, boxes, jails, and totems (the good luck inverse of jails, they're really cool). Check out his work (or commission something new!) on his website, or watch him at work on his YouTube channel.
Here's a video of Matthew drilling out the eyes for one of the dice totems.
